Thanks for the kind words guys. It was one hellish month in December trying to get orders out quickly. I was completely overwhelmed even with new employees working around the clock and 3 more machines added to the line. Somehow we survived and got all orders out at a pretty quick rate. My biggest priority with this new company is good communication. That is my biggest pet peeve when I buy something and cannot communicate well with the seller. I try to respond very quickly to any message I get. Of course if it's in the middle of the night that may not be an option.
Right now the Southern California mountains (my home) are getting killed with snow. We already had almost three feet dumped in the last few days with two to three more feet coming. Power is out which means all of my machines are not running. If this would have happened last month I would have been totally screwed. I can't even get home because the roads have been closed up near my house. Staying with family right now. Hopefully tomorrow they will get the county tractors in their and move the snow out so we can get into our homes and I can get my machines up and running and orders shipped. Living way off the beaten path down a dirt road is great 99% of the time but living on an un plowed, unmaintained private road in the middle of winter can totally suck too.
