they are terrible. classified a bumper of mine as scrap for recycling without my knowing to get their profit as high as they could, with no risk to them, it all falls back on the customer whos account number is theirs to arbitrarily charge what ever when ever they want to to it. got charged $1000 extra first bumper i ever shipped. been trying to get it back for over a year. filed with bbb, taking them to small claimes. my agent was their manager jen sackrider. should of known. any how i learned alot about shipping and found a great shipping agent who deals in bumpers and stuff all the time. been very reliable so far, anyone interested i will send you his info.

oh yeah, that is alot of info. i needed to get it off my chest. pay for freight with a credit not debit card, it gives you more protection from being screwed.
