Got a new old 2006 LC in white.
Paint looks old and has lost it's shine and was wondering is there a good way to restore a shine or finish? Not sure if the paint and clear coat were applied together or separately.
thx

Buy a buffer and apply a 2 stage polish from meguiars. Take your time (spent 6 hours on just polishing, paint was trashed). Apply a light coat of wax after with a soft pad and you’ll be surprised at the difference

I believe the white on your 2006 is single stage with no clear coat.

does a clear coat need to be applied once i polish it up or is wax sufficient?

Wax
