Best way to level with AHC

I would like to level my lx470. I've been told this can be done by adjusting the height sensors. Or adjusting torsion bar. I just don't know best way or how to do so

From one newb Lx owner to another . This subject has been covered extensively . Search read and repeat . Sounds like you are on the right track though with the sensor and tb adjustments . Throw some techstream and rear trim spacers in the mix and you're red hot .

@Nolan Sylvester I took my LX to ACC Garage in Atlanta for a torsion bar and height sensor adjustment and I love the way it turned out. Slee off road is great for our lift components. Btw, don't forget to update Ur signature with your year make and model :steer:;)

You'll need to clarify level - if you're thinking about east/west cross level then that's adjusted via increasing or decreasing tension on one (or both) torsion bars and possibly the addition of a trim packer, 5mm or 10mm maybe, at the rear. Don't touch height sensors unless you need to change the overall front or rear (or both) height. Always think of height as being superimposed over springs, and don't let the conventional LC guys tell you to "crank TBs to lift the front" all that does is lower your neutral pressures, possibly to the point you're damping is not effective.
If you want to level north/south front to rear for a flat, no rake, stance then that's done by height sensor adjustment, either raise the front or lower the back (or both) depending on what your initial heights are.

Quick note here. I have a new to me '04 LX470 with the AHC, and I wanted it level as well. A 3-minute fix is to go to the rear driver's side sensor. It's located in front of the axle near the link. You'll see a 10mm nut that can be loosened and slides up and down a bracket. Lower it and you will sit level.

I have my Torsions maxed and a Slee diff drop by ACC Garage and it still has a slight rake unless they remove and reindex the TBs. They (ACC Garage) also said in the past when they make a truck completely level, there has been driveability issues at Hwy speeds...
