But you best bet for a perfect rebuild would be JimC (FJ40Jim) or Mark Algazy at Mark's Offroad (65SWB45)

yeah , everone loves him, but if a rebuild costs me 100 I can screw it up three times before I approch the cost of Jim... plus its a good way to get to know the truck no offense to jim or marks I am sure they are waay worth the money, its just who I am.

Are you saying that the rebuild or the kit would cost $100? I bought a kit from Mark A that cost way less then $100.

I used a Borg-Warner kit from Novak's on S. 6th - 3 years or so and no big issues.

I have also used the one from Napa...with no issues which i also think it is the same as the post above.
