I sprayed primer last night and after doing it I noticed a couple of spots I want to do a skim coat of bondo on. My question is can I do this then just shoot the topcoat right over the bondo or do I have to prime the spots where the bondo is?

I'm no expert, but I would not topcoat Bondo. It will stick out like a sore thumb. I would re-primer the panel you have the Bondo on. That way you will have a smooth surface for your paint. Hopefully, you are using a high fill primer if you want a really smooth surface.

Good luck!

Thanks guys...
