That is a universal fit aftermarket bracket. As far as I know, the factory bracket is still available from the dealer for about $20.

Yours is actually a stock battery clamp. My ‘70 had the exact same style until I upgraded to the new style shown in post #2 above. And yes, the newer styles are available from Toyota.
