Battery disconnect /radio code.

I need to replace the marker bulb (the one between the turn signal and the headlights) on the drivers side of my truck. In my Honda if you. Disconnect the battery you have to enter a code on the preset buttons of the radio, to get it to work. Is there anything like this that you have to do on a cruiser?
