Baselining with Wheel Bearings

Wow! Thank you all so much. This is a great community. So, here is where I am:

• Heater Ts have been replaced
• Ordered new everything for front wheel bearings
• Will be checking all rubber hoses in the engine compartment
• Still need to check all suspension bushings
• Inner tie rod joint will need to be taken care
• Control arm ball joints are fine
• Still need to clean the PCV
• Still need to clean the MAF
• Still need to flush and bleed brakes

I read thru the bearing repack guru thread before and saw Jonesy's video, and because I don't have a fish scale, is why I posted my original question. Some time too much information is worse than not enough. That being said, I will go ahead and torque it. If it doesn't work, I will get the fish scale and do it again.
