Hahaha.

Piece of junk, yes, but sad that no one bothered to knock the dust off.

@pkniland thanks for sharing, watch from afar on the tv, hope to get to one someday.

I followed all the Land Cruisers, 13 total, only 4 with stock drivetrain, one BJ40, FJ60 w/Chevy 350, FJ40 w/vortec, FJ40 w/3FE conversion, all others had Chevy 350 conversions, the one who dropped a FJ 45 hard top on the FJ 40 tub was interesting to say the least...

nice vehicles...... Hate auctions though all they do is inflate car prices on cars I like into collector car realm.

it's sad all the muscle cars I could afford in high school and bought/sold/traded like baseball cards in the 90s are now out of my reach. Cruisers are heading the same way.

but the auctions are still nice to wander. I walked around Barret Jackson a few times

Yeah, I bought a Porsche 918, then realized I had to add a power plug to my garage so I returned it, too much hassle.

I personally like auctions, it is the market's way of telling you the true value of anything at any one point in time. Al, hold on for a while and those muscle cars we grew up playing with will come down in price again. They have in the past. The collector car market also "pukes" out vehicles all the time for one reason or another.

I would love a 66 Mustang Fastback one day before I die, but not at current prices. I'm happy I can still afford Land Cruisers.

Lovely cars, dreaming is free still. Now looking back, that Acura NSX looks familiar, I think I raced him years ago, in a Hankook tires time trial thing, he put it on the wall right on the front straight of Road Atlanta.... traded a lot of paint with the concrete.

Drool.

The need for speed jetta was cool to see!!

How much did the LCs sell for?

I didnt look at all of them, but on the low end $17.5K and the highest one I saw was $50K. The Fast and the Furious came out with I was 17 so I have always had a special affection for the cars in that movie.
