too many variables to give a good honest assessment. V8 conversions of that vintage can be horrible depending on the execution. "Rough body" is a relative term. If you are seriously interested I would be happy to look at it with you. It could be a heck of a deal but it's all in the details and what you ultimately want to make the truck into.
