I've been trying to look for some racks or light kits to make something that looks like this (this is a AI generated image, but it's what i'm going for):

Any ideas?

Dobinson, ARB, Ironman and Rhino Rack all make a tube, basket style rack like that, with kits/rails to attach to the roof. Gamiviti also makes full custom to off the shelf racks. You can probably get them to make the front however you want.

I adapted a smittybilt defender which has mounts for this built in, they also have a big ok light bar rack add on too.

I put a generic front fairing on it as well.

Not really any noise unless there is a side wind, then there is some varying whispers.

I got a smaller one that fits between the stock rails, but Roy could easily put on a larger one by ditching the rails and using one of the several available feet kits to adapt to.

Thanks for the help! I haven't been able to find kits/rails that attach from those vendors. The only thing I've seen is KC themselves make a 50" bar with the lights already mounted. I'm fine drilling holes or coming up with some other way to attach them though.

One other thing I'm trying to figure out. I would love some classic steel wheels, these VISIONSOFT 8 look great, but they don't come in 5x150, I did find an adapter that looks like it'll work here, will this work? and is it safe to use an adapter like this?

The only other option I've found for steel wheels is Tundra spares, they are 18" which I don't prefer, I'm looking at 17". Are there any other options?

correct, thanks! within reason so long as it still looks like a Gamiviti rack, we can do pretty much anything.

Here's one example from a recent GX460... 5 tabs welded in front of an Essential Expo rack, running down.

And a raised basket on a 100...

Could easily combine the 2 customizations, send me an email if you'd like to get into it.. :)

When I said "kits/rails" i meant to mount the racks.

I suspect there is any number of ways to mount the lights. KC makes that bar with any number of lights on it. The 6 light version similar to your picture above is 39". They also make a tube clamp bracket that allows you to mount how many ever lights you want. Just get how many every brackets you need.

There isn't much in 17" steel wheels available. Possibly some ROW wheels for lower models LCs from Toyota, but I've never seen anyone actually fit them except one guy who also put on smaller brakes, which isn't something you'll find me suggesting. There is a handful of 17" aluminum wheels out there. Anything made for a 2nd gen (08-21) Tundra will fit. I'd just watch the offsets. Personally, I wouldn't go with anything lower than +25mm, but I'm on the conservative side.
