Fun day yesterday. A thanks to clint and jimmy for doing a good choices for some fun runs. After yesterday my locker will be in by spring time.

Just got the 9.5 taken off and apart. The only part that's really damaged is the top cover. I haven't been able to get a price yet because Warn's website and the online dealers seem to suck, but it can't be that much.

ironically, the damaged part number is 646 - 35. It is definitely not 646 material.

the 5/16 rope I have isn't in good shape....have a couple new or nearly new cables tho....can shorten one up for ya and you can have it

will knock at least 35' off the cable.....get ya down to 90'....will help 'some' with the side loading...

tho, your cable should STILL be rewound regularly....PLEASE put that POS in the garbage....it's in bad shape....

The cable is already in the dumpster. I had hoped to get it replaced between the shakedown and tft, especially given the 3 full pulls it did when the t-case blew up. It was wound nice and straight before that, and getting it re-wound was on the list for TFT, and didn't get done.

I pulled a ton out and re-wound it after winching Mike, then winched a couple of times after that and got it all messed up again.

I'm gonna get some rope for it. Got any more of those 'Mud hawse fairleads?

I am pretty sure I saw someone trying to steal your liver at Lowriders. Glad to hear your still alive. That moonshine sneaks up on a guy.

Great weekend. Even with all the cruiser talk.

Trails were slippery and required lots of skinny peddle.

Turns out I still can't drive to save my life. Thanks to everyone that lent a hand putting my rig back on the tires multiple times over the weekend.

Who knew you could order a filet to go with the filet for just another $6.

Prime rib that is lost but then found taste even better.

Eric can't wait to see that little shack in the woods you got up north.

Woody next time I think we should just stay at the Hotel bar.
