Hey New England folks. I sold my first FJ40 back in the late 90's, and have regretted it ever since. Fast forward to now, and I am once again a proud owner.

I'm sitting in the airport in Tampa Florida, waiting for a flight back home to Maine. The FJ will follow as soon as I can make its travel arrangements. I'll post a few more pictures when time allows.

Ugh... It's kind of a disaster, not going to win any award. But it runs and drives, which is want it wanted.

So.... The cruiser is titled as a 1979, but the build plate is missing. Also, the frame # would seem to indicate a European frame. Other oddities include the older style bezel (at least it's right side up,) and a lack of kick vents?

Don't misunderstand, I'm still happy with my purchase. Just need to get the truck back up to Maine and dig in and figure it out.

Non US never makes complete “sense”. Really clean truck, I’d be happy to trade with ya for a running, driving disaster!!! . Nice score. Diesel H41? Did you get it from Ozzy? Looks like one he had.
Nice work getting back in the game. Let me know if you wanna part with the split ties :)

It's actually a gas job... Diesel would have been pretty cool though.

Does this look like a Dana 60 rear?

If not, what might it be?
