Here is a photo of the new front end. How much travel can the stock arms support? Looking at the length of those King Shocks, I'll say a solid 13". A body lift allows room for the upper arms to cycle, as well giving room for the 37" tires. Note that the bump stops are removed, low profile versions likely allow for the extra up travel of the arms. Of course, the upper shock mount is also moved a bit higher, too.

Everything in the picture is WAY too clean........still the sweetest 200 ever though.

Brian...have a link for that pic? Site? Build thread?

Thanks!

wondered about that, but figured that you are only allowed to modify certain components and still be in same class.

I know I'll spend the next hour reading the linked thread, but that's incredible. I don't know to what degree the arms are stock, but can't believe that 13" is possible.

Purdy!!!

Those uppers look stock to me, can't believe it.

But, but, but, they must have completely screwed up the X-AHC/AVS;)

Every time I think about mucking with anything on the LX just the thought of dealing with the electronics and sensors sets me straight. Must be nice to be able to just toss most of that stuff. Kinda of interesting that even with factory support they are stuck with having to have the key-fob around to make the engine's controller happy.

Seriously cool stuff. Hopefully the racing effort trickles some features down into the product line. There is a market for high end off-road stuff (AEV Hemi conversions for Wranglers, $100K+ ICON retro mod 4x4 stuff, Ford Raptor, etc.) It would be interesting to see Lexus/Toyota tap that in a serious way.
