Just picked up a 2019, LOVE the smooth ride quality but would like to lift the front with the least amount of sacrifice as possible. Want to keep it super simple, no reservoirs etc.

Looking at the Bilstein, anyone know how the quality of the ride compares to the stock suspension?

Toyota spacer for front...you can get this from Toyota dealer. Other folks here can give you more details and parts number.

Any other lift/mods to suspension will make the ride/comfort/handling worst compared to stock.

Quite the opposite. In my experience, a suspension upgrade has been just that; An upgrade over the way it handled stock.

It's almost as though different people might want different performance out of their suspension...

Most aftermarket shocks sacrifice compliance in the name of control.

With the OP specifically saying "like to lift the front with the least amount of sacrifice possible" I take that to mean they want to maintain stock ride quality and compliance.

@Madtiger is correct. OE spacers are the ticket here. Roughly .75" lift, and other than a slightly higher CoG there is no difference in spring rate or damping/handling qualities. That part is 43136-60020, you need two, and install doesn't require removal of the spring from the strut. Just remove the strut assembly and put the spacer on top of it, then bolt it back in.
