Mine injection pump just went kaput too.
Having little luck sourcing a replacement.
Been searching around for a shop that would rebuild it.
C’mon Mid-Atlantic / East Coast recommendations???. I’d be obliged.
Trying to source the Denso rebuild kit but that’s proving to be a dead end too… crap.
2LT been running beautifully (relative term) until this…
Pump is Toyota 22100-5B270 - PUMP ASSY, INJECTION OR SUPPLY

Merry Christmas, y’all.

I've had no luck sourcing the injector pump. Mine does work with gentle acceleration up to about 70 kph/ 40mph but after that it feels as though I'm driving into a very strong headwind. My son and I have been troubleshooting and found that we could operate the primer pump while the motor was running. I believe that this is Not supposed to happen. Air leak somewhere. Once we get warmer air (car port- no garage) we will trace lines and check seals and gaskets, etc.
If that's a no-go, can the feed pump for a 3B work? It looks like the mounting is the same to me.

Give Seattle injectors a call for rebuild. They are denso dealers. I don’t know any other place that can do the same thing.

Tanny .

If you really want, I can rebuilt it for you.

Cool. I'd try that myself if I could find parts for these old B motors.
