Wanted AZ- looking for non functioning fj40 Instrument Cluster

I'm importing an Ausie 1983 FJ40 to Arizona and need to have MPH speedometer in order to register here. I'll even ship it back to someone who can spare one for a bit while I get it registered if you want. It doesn't even need to work which makes no sense but is what the DMV tells me. Anyone who can help me, I would be indebted to you.

Yep exchange rate can't be beat right now plus you Aussies got the full floating rear end and three wiper LX's that we never did here....and zebra seats to boot!!...picked up an instrument cluster from member hyhpe...thanks.
