I'm not going to make it after all. My minor leak on my deck/balcony turned out to be major structural damage with lots of rotted wood. I had to stabilize the joists since the beams disintegrated and just finished that. By the time I get everyone cleaned up and ready, eat dinner and drive there, the meeting will be over.
