Here are the Minuets from the August Meeting.
- Agreed that the Secretary should have premium access to ih8mud to be able to post images of the trips as well as newsletter and minuets. The club voted and agreed to pay for that membership.
- Read last month's minuets and news letter. (newsletter will be posted soon)
- Trail Run: Kelly Flats. Sunday, September 7th. We will meet at Vern's Place at 7:00 AM for breakfast and leave from Vern's at 8:00 AM.
- Frank will be purchasing tables sometime this month to be used at the monthly meetings.
- The Forestry Service meeting is this month. Paul and Frank will be attending. Anyone is welcome to attend. Contact Paul or Frank for more information.
- Cruiser Raffle: The committee is/was Frank, Sam, Eric and John. This project needs to get started soon! Frank would like to have the truck done in January of 2011 so it can be shown off while the tickets are being sold. If the people on the original committee are no longer able to put in enough time to make this project happen, a new committee will need to be elected. Also, if we cannot find enough people to help with the project, we will have to drop it.
- Amanda (me) was officially voted the new secretary.
- It was decided that officers, from now on, will pay 1/2 of the yearly fees. This will serve as an incentive to run for a position. Current officers will NOT be given a 50% refund of the dues they paid for this year. This policy will start next time fees are due. (I don't remember when that is. Ask my dad. (Bruce))

Also, for the next meeting, I am missing application forms from several people. It would be great if we could make sure I have one of those for everyone. I know that several people have paid but I don't have their information. I'd like to get an updated contact list out as well.
