Audio/Video Ads in 80 Section (1 Viewer)

I remember Woody saying that there's not supposed to be video w/audio ads but it's happening w/a Sonic video. Saw it in the 80's section. If someone could let him know please. Thanks!

Correct, video with audio should never happen...if you have a screen shot, that helps...but unless I see the underlying page data (which 99.999% or users don't know how to chase), finding the culprit is about impossible.

Kinda like justifying truck parts, advertisers are looking for forgiveness after they break the rules, not permission beforehand

It seems to only appear on my laptop, not on my phone. What exact info do you need because I don't know how to do a screenshot on my laptop? I know it was a Sonic commercial, in the 80's section, and it played over and over as well as appearing many times. Thanks.

Every browser/OS does different stuff with screen shots....wish there was a quick and easy answer

That one ^^^^ was Ford, then Capital One, then Yeti. All were video & audio that played on their own.

I'll try and chase down the offending network...unfortunately, without knowing the backend code used to serve the ad, I'll need to spot it myself...but at least I know what to watch for.

That ad position served 150,000 impressions...yesterday...you can see where chasing down the issue might take a bit

question...was it 3 ads in a row? Was it your first visit to that section? Impressions are managed within an ad stack, so having a "rough" idea to when/how they were served can help...thanks

Yes, 3 ads in a row w/about a 10 second pause between each. I changed pages before I gave it a chance to run more so IDK if there's more than 3 consecutive ads.
