AT AWD 4x4 transmission for 1KZ Toyota diesel engine?

I´m restoring a Landr Cruiser 80 series 1992, swapping the original Toyota 3F 4,0 lit engine for a 1KZ Toyota diesel 3,0 lit. The car has the original 4-speed AT AWD 4x4 transmission and I wonder if this transmission will work with the new diesel engine

I´m working on a restmod project with my old Toyota Land Cruiser FZJ80, American version, 1992 and I need to know what is the reference or model of the automatic transmission 4x4 or 4WD that better matches with a Toyota diesel engine 1KZ, 3,0 lits? I read that transmissions A340F, A343F and A440F are the best options, however, I´d like to hear your comments in this regard.
