We used to use those for our response vehicles when I worked out of the embassies. They are insanely heavy. Not sure why anyone would want one for a personal vehicle who actually is going to have to pay for the gas.

How do you know it's not a vdj200?

There's a possibilty it could be, they bring in the HZJ-76s to armor them up
