Anybody got a FJ6O rear lid with good glass in Tan that they want to sell? Just called the local stealership, and just about fell out of the chair. Would rather buy the whole lid than try to remove the glass. Did that with a windshield, and not sure how many more chunks of my fingers I want to lose.

BTW, Ikea butcherblock is pretty good stuff, even when it destroys your rear glass. Only local junkyard that I know has a 60 says it doesn't have the glass in it.

If you just need the glass I may have a piece you can have.

I took it to my local shipper to get it sent out on a deal that fell through and last I heard it was still there... But that was a while ago.

If you happen to still have it, I'm very interested. There *may* be one up in Phoenix still in the lid, but no promises from the local junkyard.

Bluedager4114 had a silver one when I was over getting some other parts. The glass looked ok.
I don't know if he still has it as that was back in April.

Actually, no they don't anymore. Called first thing this morning, and they said no. Didn't believe them and drove by, and the glass is no longer there. I had remembered it as a heated version with a bad tinting job, and the back now has no glass whatsoever. Not sure if it was bought or broken. But thanks for thinking about it.

Glass - update

Just finished fabricating a plexiglas back window. It's suckage, but at least I can see out of it, and it'll keep most of the rain out. Now expanding my look for glass to any 60 in Tucson or Phoenix. Kavik - does that Blue 60 in your backyard have the rear window glass?

Glass Ordered

Should be here Thursday. Here's hoping it doesn't get destroyed in shipment. Thinking that before I install it, going to take a template off of it in 1/4 lexan or some other durable plexi. Have seen a lot of partial doors in that, so it has to be pretty tough.
