are the front seats the same for all years ?

So I have 2000 LC and was looking at front seat covers they say they fit the 2004 but not the 2000 are the seats different or were they lazy and did not want to add all the way back to 2000

does no one know if the seats are the same in a 2000 and a 04 ? so I can order the covers lol

I looked at an 06 a cpl weeks ago. I didn't notice any difference between them and my 2000. Any for sale local to you you could go and look,take a few measurements?

Our 2000 (LC) and 2006 (LX) seats look about the same.

I do know that side air bags were added around 2003 or so, and I don't know how that might affect the construction of the covers.

SRS rated seat covers for the later models will have a deliberately compromised side fabric that will tear to allow full deployment of the airbag in the event of an accident. I was looking at some Equipt covers and had the opposite problem, the covers for older vehicles would not work on my later model because of the side airbags.

I think you should be fine running the newer covers.
