ARB Templete Help (1 Viewer)

I have multipe templetes emailed to me by tech support from ARB.

2009 LX570

ARB Bummper to be installed. (3415250)
the templete PDF part number is (3789519)
this is for 2015 and later LC200 series.
the templet dosnt line up.

Could I use the templete for the (3415120)?

Or has anyone installed the 5250 on an older 2009? and what changes were nessisary to get a quality Fit?

There is no LX cut template unfortunately. My advice is rough cut and then slowly trim to fit.

In general you’ll be starting at just under headlight washers at the ends and then right at the bottom of the grill in center.

^^^^^^ This. You can't use the LC ARB template. After removing the OEM bumper, I installed the ARB bumper and used a tape measure and masking tape to start cutting little by little. Once the plastic pieces fit with almost no gap to the ARB bumper, I used a small piece of wood cut to the appropriate gap dimension to trace the ABR bumper and cut the plastic.

These look clean I dig it. After a few more calls and email i got every templet they make.
Im going to write up what i work out.

Think im ganna to the lazer and scribe roller to make that 10mm gap.
