Here....mostly.
So I had my very own EWD for a year and never used. Sold it to Doc a month ago and have NEEDED it 3 times already.

So my PO has a weird wiring job going on with the ARB lockers. They work perfectly fine during the day, but if the lights are on, they will not unlock unless you turn the lights off. I pulled the dash off and tested the wires and it seems that the problem is in the BLUE/WHITE wire that supplies the power for the blue light strip that indicates it's locked. When I hit the lights, 12V is sent to this pin and it won't disengage. The power for it is being pulled off of the wire for the ash tray light.

What I want to do is pull power for it off of something that is run off the dimmer, so that if I dim all the lights, the ARB's will also dim. Currently my switches are located on the bottom row, next to the rear heater control. Any ideas which Wire I should tap into?

Thanks

Tried to d/l the EWD's for a '97. Wouldn't let me--files too big

If you think those will help, PM me with email address and I'll send them when I get back on Sunday/Monday.

Is that a suggestion or a request for clarification?

It currently pulls power from the ash tray light...yes...there is a light.

Safado, I haven't opened the EWD once yet. I can send it back to you if you want to return it when you are done.

PM me if you like.
