Hi,
I am looking at all 3 of these options for my Diesel 80.
The ARB and the Dobinson look about the same.
Does one have more storage?
What are the differences?
I really like the KISS system as it seems lighter and more roomy.
I use my car on the beach a lot as I am a Surfcaster.
I also duck hunt a bit so muddy wet dog and gear as well as sandy conditions.
I am definitely concerned about squeak.

Your opinions please.

Are there other options I am not mentioning that I should be looking at?

Thank in advance for your opinions.

The Dobinson drawers are very similar to the ARB drawers. If you only want two drawers and one slider, I don't think the extra cost of the ARB is worth it. Where they would be worth it is if you some of the more customizable setup. Like a slider on the passenger side, 2 sliders, or stacking more drawers. Also the ARB ones lock in the open position. The Dobinson drawers are really just Chinese drawers that they sell in the US. If you could get them for the price they sell on AliExpress (I think), they would be a really good deal.

I don't have the KISS drawers but they seem pretty popular so I'll let someone else chime in.

Thanks for clarifying.
That is a plus.

Anyone use the KISS drawers and have an opinion?

buy some 250 locking sliders on amazon some 3/4 in birch ply and some 1/2 in birch ply and build your own takes a day and a circular saw. then you can make exactly what you want. Im no carpenter or cabinet maker and I built mine. not the greatest ho to video but its in there.

+1 on the above, if you have the time and a few simple tools. These are pretty easy because the drawers aren’t very deep and you can use standard ball bearing drawer hardware.

I built a set for my Tacoma using skateboard bearings and aluminum rails attached to the drawer sides.

I made the drawers 4’ long and made 2’ hatches at the front. Stored stove, pots and pans, propane cylinders, paper towels, etc. in the drawers while camping. Used them for hand tools/power tools when working.

I ran out of Raptor liner before the job got finished....

Make them, I did it was well worth it

KISS Drawers here...finished with a deck paint that is scuff resistant and easy to clean. L-Track on top and some nice waterproof bins that fit great and are stackable.
