This was removed from my 2015 4Runner Trail Premium 4X4 when it was purchased new from the dealer, and immediately replaced with a TRD skid plate. My truck does not have KDSS so I believe it will not fit with a truck that does, but you will need to double check. I also believe it will fit all non-KDSS 5th Gen T4R's between '13-'19 but you should double check that as well. It has virtually no miles on it and is in brand new condition with no scratches, dents, or any signs of wear. It includes (4) mounting bolts. $150 OBO
