Its been soooo long im glad to make a meet finally and good to see everyone again!! We've got a lot of new people with lots of new rigs or new mods...the v8 fj60 was definitely a good addition to our mostly 80-series group.
After most left we got to alking about doing a wrench-day...would anybody want to do one? Most eveyone needs something done and we have a get together other than monthly meet. I think what is questionable is a location; house with a big drive, shop or anything else like that?

Sorry I could not make the meeting, it sounds like it was a good one. I had all intentions of attending and even took the day off. Although, since I had the day off I did some work to fix a leaking power steering hose on my bimmer. Blasphemy, I know. I should have known that what I thought would take 2hrs would really take all day.

I talked to Julie last night and we can open our next house up to a wrench day. It would have to be end of July or later however. But it will have a decent 2 car garage that should fit 2 trucks along a double wide driveway that will fit 2 trucks side by side and 2or 3 in a row. We can cook out and will have a good size patio and back yard for kids and dogs.
i missed this meeting too. If yaw decide on a wrench day,, I'll just bring a bunch of beer and be a spectator.
Hey I would love to bring some beer to wrench day. Maybe a keg or Real Ale if the crew can handle it. Just got back from a week in Tokyo, Japan. Please see the pictures of the cruisers I posted on the 80 series forum. Just saw a few, but they were great to see. A couple of 80 series in use as fire or riot control vehicles. SWEET!
Bart that sounds great...post up a new thread when you have a better idea of when your place will be available. Maybe we can have a smaller get together before than because that is more than two months away.
BTW, we will be going to HFalls with Brett this weekend if anyone else is free come up for some good wheeling and fun...we will be camping also.
