Apco Mossberg Torque Wrench

Hey guys.

My uncle picked up this torque wrench at a sale and gave it to me. I tried googling it and came up with nothing. Wondering if you guys know anything about these.

It is an inch pound wrench so I immediately thought of my 2F oil pan. Pretty sure its 3/8" drive as well.

Well that's neat. I don't know why I couldn't find that before.

I wouldn't be surprised if they made the dial torque wrenches for Snap On.
They look the same design on their website.
