I just talked to the guy Alex and he said if I ordered today, the bumper is 3 weeks out. He asked that I pay cash via zelle or venmo to keep from paying taxes. I'm a little worried about the fact AOE went dark for a couple years, Alex says due to his medical issues, but no website now and seems a little sketchy to me. Your post makes me even more apprehensive.

Paying using Zelle or Venmo to help him avoid taxes is a terrible idea imo. Unless they offer 100% money back for the type of transaction you’re planning on doing I wouldn’t do it.
