Anyone with a parts truck? I need this piece for less than $19

I broke the metal tube / mounting bracket for the driver's side windshield squirter and the least expensive I could find one for online was $19.

If you have one that you are willing to part with for less than that please let me know.

I killed my cruiser budget getting her running and now I'm penny pinching.
