Well, I removed the old air rail. Number six nozel was broken off at the base of the threads. So I can tighten the new rail on cylinders 1-5, but not number six. I found the replacement nozzle on SOR.com for about 15 bucks (no problem). I just can't get to the number six. It's up against the fire wall. I called the dealersahip and they said they weren't interested in trying to do that. Any ideas. Please and Thanks.

I'll feed and beer someone if they want to come to Asheville.

I'd love to come and help, but I'd be of no help- and I live in Iowa.

cut/weld it

i JUST went throught this week ago. to replace my intake gaskets, i had problems getting the #6 bolt off too. it felt like it was seized, as im sure its never been taken off before. hell, i could loosen the other ones by hand. anyway, all we did was cut the #6 off at the stem (which seems like you have already done). this allowed us to get the air rail off so we could get to the #6 bolt. after that, we pluged the hole, and welded the tip of the air rail at the #6 point. as far as i know, theres really no use in the stupid air rail in the 1st place, other than to direct the air. -sean

I paid Jim Barkley Toyota 212 including the $10 part to have the nozzle replace. I dropped it off at 8:30 and as the courtesy shuuttle was dropping me offat about 9:30a they called to say it was finished. To my surprise there is no more tiking exhaust sound and the engine temp is much cooler. That air rail must have just been dumping the hot exhaust air into the engine compartment. Very pleased with the 200 dollar results! I'm just poor again... as usual.

If you guys didn't have your cruiser would you be rich?
