Awhile back when I had two pigs I was going to build a 203/205 doubler. well the pigs are gone but the components to build the doubler are still around taking up space. Here is a link to the links for the parts for sale. http://wheelingarizona.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=10803 The Sm465 with 203 is pretty hard to find since they only came in 74- early 75 blazers and I have a 205 xfer case, an extra sm465 with 205 adaptor and an extra 203 range box. To build a doubler all you would need to get is the 203 to 205 adaptor and the intermediate shaft. The sm465/203 part is already taken care of. This set up will only fit a long wheel base rig so do not think you'll be able to put it in a 40. Thanks for looking, Don. 520-298-1160.
