Anyone need HP Elocker 3rd?

My buddy replaced his elocked front 3rd from his 1994 80 with a new one. The 3rd had a whine to it and should be rebuilt. The locker worked when it was removed. $200 and no shipping. The 3rd is here in Cincy and I do get upto Cbus and Lexington, KY pretty frequently.
