I got tired of the peeling leather and finally purchased a replacement wheel. I know the leather is a common issue, and I believe there are shops that will reupholster a wheel...but none I could find in the Bay Area. Anyway, I figure I'd offer it up here before putting it in the trash. It's free to anyone that wants to pick it up (Bay Area mid-peninsula), or if anyone wants to pay for shipping.
