I don't know either, but I've seen them before on an lj. Were they a factory option?

They seem kinda useless since they're below the roofline.
 
I can take a look at mine. I have them and I think there is still a tag on one leg so you have some information to go by. The thing I have found that I really like is the fact that I can use them either with the top on or when I put the soft top on for the summer. Not that the hard top has been on recently.

well i translated the entire page and basically the company is no longer and the thread was about making them. If it's possible to get the dimensions from someone who has them then we can probably get them made fairly easily. It's the mounting that might be the difficult part of it.
 
Mounting is not as bad as you may think, however, I do question the load carrying abilities at times. The forward bars mount with nutserts into the main bar and the rear is 4 10mm hex that are drilled through and a plate on the inside sandwiches the outer and inner to the body. When I get the chance I will take some better pictures to show how it actually mounts to the cruiser.
