Ive done that route several times. The road itself is not worth a long haul but the area in general is. Its only 5-6 miles. Not that difficult unless your in a suby and that dude sounded pretty extreme

I believe you meant Gragg,NC couldn't find cragg anywhere near Roseboro Rd.

yes. Roseboro to Gragg. each is a town. the road you seek goes between them.
dont know how to help much more than that. I rock old school NAV so page 33 on the gazateer. its labeled as FR 192 on my map, half is paved, half is not

Not a problem and I didnt mean to sound rude there I just didnt have any other means of explaining or giving directions.
the jeep trail labeled on the map is gated; it looks great and has a 200yrd tease then no go
but go past it north to the big hand painted wood sign and take a left and your on the right track

Looks like it switches over to FS4092 after a turn south, but it may be abandoned since the Mountains to Sea trail parallels it.
