anyone know anything about rusty frame repairs?

Can anybody comment on the photos of the frame on this olds. I can't make too much of the photos. I am interested in the vehicle for sentimental reasons (I had the same car long ago), but only if the frame can be fixed without too much effort. I figured some of you 40 guys might be able to tell me a thing or two about rusty frames and also who might fix them around town

From some of those rust hole pictures, that frame looks pooched, definately a frame off resto needed, and some major frame fixing/ building. It will either cost you lots of money or lots of time, take your pick. You might want to try locating a good frame somewhere, maybe that model shared a frame with another car or another year. I am no expert, but I have seen my brother strugle to patch his frame, and it does not have holes like that one, but then again it could just be a few holes that they took pictures of, and the rest might be ok. it is hard to judge without getting under the car and having a look and poke around. The good part, is the rest of the car looks mint.
