Anyone know about retrofitting a 22R-TE set-up on a 83 22R truck?

Like it says... what's involved? I picked up a 22R-TE set-up here locally cheap! Wondering what would be involved?

Anyone know?

Computer, cam, pistons. I think that may be a start. The turbo engine has a lower compresion, that is increases by the turbo. I think it is just done with the pistons. but I may be wrong and use the head.
