ANyone have this same problem and how bad is mine??

what do you think? I am sure everything can be repaired but where do I begin, I am going to have someone else do it for I dont have the knowledge?

What's the passenger compartment side of that look like? If that's the lot of the rust, I say def fix and not scrap it. That's a totally do-able DIY job for anyone decent with a wrench, so an experienced shop/guy could whip that right into shape.
 
I will have a body shop fix with metal when I go to have the body restored after I get done with the frame and drivetrain, already have too much money into it to give up now. it has the normal holes in front floorboards and rear sill which I have already bought new ones for that fix.
