Anyone headed from the central East (I am in TN)? Driving? Trucking?

I am considering making the trip, looking for advice from anyone who is going/has gone from the East Coast.

Wife & I went back in 05 for our honeymoon.....

Then last year while un-employed I flew out & went.

PM me & we can talk.

Unfortunately because of time constraints I will have to ship the truck and fly. Hopefully within a few hours of BFE?

What is the best airport to fly into?

Any recommendations on a good place to have the truck dropped off if it arrives a few days early?

Any other advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

No real easy way to get to Moab from anywhere.

Either fly to Durango on United, or you can go to Colorado Springs or Denver or Albuquerque.

Fly to Denver, there are plenty of folks heading there from here you could probably hitch a ride with :)

Thanks everyone for the replies.

Flying into Denver sounds like the best option. I have a few business contacts there and they could be the a good dropoff point for my truck. Plus I will back in denver in June on business and could do some other trails while I am is in the area.

What days/times etc. are most people headed to Moab from the Denver area?

Is having a RTT nice or necessary at BFE?

Would most ~4 or 5 rated trails be made much more difficult with the tent still attached to the truck?
I am not sure what challenges shipping a trailer along with the truck would create.

Any more ideas and tips are greatly appreciated

Sorry for the off topic!
Hi, I am planning to go to moah the next April, but I am studying if drive or ship the truck, do you have any idea about the estimate cost of the ship? I am on different state that you (on PA), but just a rush estimate?
