Someone mentioned to me about Alvin Lab-Metal putty for body repairs. Has anyone used this stuff and if so, does it hold up? How easy is it to use compared to other fillers?

Here's the link to the stuff I was looking at:

I've never tried it but I have some repairs to do when Spring hits and it's warm enough to do filler. I don't have a huge amount of work to do and the aluminum component of it seems interesting for the whole New England rust issue.

I don't think it's really designed for body work, and typically something that is designed to get that metal like hard, you can get hairline cracks over time.

I have great success with the Evercoat products myself, it's designed for automotive works.
