Yes on my brand new 21 from back of the driver seat lumbar from driver door side. It sounded like a pop or something shifting. I heard it when resting my back against the seat. Interesting enough after moving lumbar few times back and forward don't hear it anymore or noticed on last few rides. Maybe the position of lumbar prevents it. Need to test today again if release the lumbar fully if it still happening.

Just went to play with the seat. Definitely the pop is still there when the lumbar is fully inflated and the pop is going across the back of the seat. I am not getting one when the lumbar is half inflated (normally for me) or fully deflated. When are you getting yours?

I checked and the lumbar is not fully engaged and there is a definite popping on the driver's side of the seat itself.
To be candid I did have the dealer attempt to fix this once before and it was not a great experience so I've been remiss/ out of effort to take it back before confirming with others.

I played more with it today. To easily replicate I have pushed my back into back of the seat and started moving lumbar back and forward. With pressure it pops every time at one point. So looks like when lumbar is deflated there a room to play and something pops. Lets see if there are more people with the issue.

Hi All,
I see this thread is a few years old, but I also wanted to share that I'm having a similar lumbar clicking/popping noise on the passenger seat of my 2021 LC. I have heard the noise on the driver seat, but keeping the lumbar inflated helps make the noise go away. The passenger side seems to be getting worse as the vehicle ages. When someone is in the seat, the clicking/popping gets progressively worse the longer they sit in the seat. The seat will click/pop randomly at first, but after 30min or so of driving, the seat is clicking/popping consistently. Unfortunately, there is no lumbar support to inflate on the passenger side like the driver side. It's highly annoying and doesn't make for an enjoyable ride when the seat is making all kinds of noises. Has anyone had any luck taking this issue to the dealership? I'm a little nervous about taking it to my local Toyota and having them disassemble the seat to troubleshoot the issue.
