I have notice that my 200 is swaying alot...like enough to worry me. It is mostly on the freeway, while going at freeway speeds.

When going from a road to a parking lot and I go over the 'gutters' or bumper in the road, I have noticed that she sways back and forth alot, but figured it was just part of owning a truck :P

I am going to lossen the kdss valves tomorrow, shake her around a bit, and tighten them up and see if that fixes it.

If not, I don't know what could be wrong.

Anyone else having this issue?

What are the road conditions where you see this? Is it more rear-end movement than expected over bumps, expansion joints, etc, not taken completely straight? Or is the rear end wandering around just driving along?

Hey dtt255, I know you are one of the very first owners of the 200 here.

Is the sway the same since you got it new? or does it seem to be increased lately?

The KDSS system does have a lot of smay, much more that conventional suspensions or the AVS of the LX. It is a trade off of the stablizers loosening at low speeds.

Ok I don't want to comment to much, I got the issue worked out. It had nothing to do with the KDSS. I don't want to comment at this time, but will soon.

Glad you're safe and got it worked out

Is it top secrete stuff?

Did we ever find out what was causing this issue? I'm having the same issue at hwy speeds when i hit a bump and have the vehicle loaded down. The rear end starts to sway.

I have Icon suspension springs and shocks, not sure if it might be the spring rate or something else.
