Hey guys, I recently Installed a TJM 50mm kit on the wifes 80 and I need to get the rubber, caster correction bushings pressed in.

Anyone have a press and some free time? I'd gladly toss someone a few bones/brews for helping me out!

FWIW the TJM bushings come with a template to aid in the install.

Thanks guys
Brian

will press bushings for beer :hillbilly:

Brian, give me a shout some time. Im around this evening and some this weekend I think. Still trying to see if I can get down to the URE maint workday.

Jason, totally forgot you told me you had a press!! I'll give you a shout.. I finally got the lift installed and the front axle rebuilt... tires ordered(wife doesnt know that yet) and i suppose it's about time to get it aligned....

I think i passed your house yesterday... is it out on eastchester?

bwaha..............everybody knows those guys on eastchester
(yeah thats me)

I figured it was! I'll definitely be giving you a shout... I have a big brief due in a few days that I've been putting off while working on the 80 but, Tires are on their way, so I'm sure I'll be trying to get them fixed up real soon

I need to fix this damn windshiled leak too... i finally stomached the $ to buy the 3m windshield goo...

I'm in the Mebane area, and have a press!

Actually, Jason and I took care of it today!!! I appreciate it though.. we actually ended up having to run out to another shop that had a 40 ton to get one of em out... sucker took somewhere around 22 tons before it started moving and tapering off.... It was ridiculous!

Truck looks great Brian!

kinda funny how everyone conveniently exited the building once it topped 20 tons :D
Sorry the measley 12 tonner wouldnt cut it but at least we know where a couple good hidden shops are now.

Jason, i was totally freaking out when it got that high... lol and I'm more sorry that my control arms bent your i beam... lol... Dont forget about that die!
