Hello fellow cruiser heads. My name is Jon and I live in Washington state. I’m looking to purchase a FJ40 that is in Gaston, SC.

I do realize it’s the day before Christmas but if someone has time before or after to take some pictures and give me a quick evaluation before I have it shipped to me I would be super appreciative. I wouldn’t mind PayPal you money for gas, time and beer.

Please PM me if for details.

Thank you and Merry Christmas to everyone.

Jon

Does it happennto be a green cruiser? Owned by a fella that may have brought it / obtained ot from Africa?

It is green. Whether it came from I’m not sure. I think it came from California as it looks like it has a referee station sticker on it. It’s at Copart.

I spotted this one in the Gaston area at an auto shop a couple of weeks ago. Dropped two cards with the LowCountry LandCruisers clntect info on it. Truck look Ok from a distance... had militry stickers on ot if I remember correctly. I dod not have time to look it over closely.... the shop did not give me any other info on why ot was there.

Not sure how much the current owner knows about it either.... even the bezel is upside down.

Same color, but not the same. The one I’m getting is a 1972. Has a v8 conversion and gm power steering conversion too.

here’s a link to eBay.

gotcha.... wish i had known two weeks ago; I was in and out of Columbia SC 3 times. Hopefully someone else spots the post... you might also post on the Old Northe State Cruiser site, as some of them / us get back and forth between states.
