Ive got some parts to throw on the truck and should be getting some bling stuff for christmas, and i was wondering if anybody would be down for a crozet run after chrismas or the beginning of next year.

I want to get out again.

there is a run going on Jan. 20 supposed to be early broncos but they said they would like anyone to join. They need people who are members of crozet to be guides(only 1 or 2). Obviously you can see everything i just said and more on the website.

Cool, thanks for the info tim.

Im so glad to be done with classes i just want to wrench a little and get back out wheeling as soon as i can.

trying to get another run in before you part it out? :grinpimp:

If by part it out you mean trade up to bigger tires and 30 splines, then yes :flipoff2:.

Ive decided that the 62 is gonna get the sawzall treatment in a big way. Im thinking im gonna move the rear fender opening about 4-6 inches forwards, and take the door skin and use it to skin over the door frame. In the front i just want to run a peice of tube from my slider to some kind of front bumper along the highest body line in the fender, and pull/hack the inner fenders.

My goal is to be able to throw at least 36s under it SUA. Ive got time, i just dont have much money, and cutoff wheels and mig wire are cheap.

I will donate sawzall blades and cutoff wheels if you give me a couple of hours with it:flipoff2:

I'll volunteer the use of my garage and lift.....

I actually need to get in touch with you about that, i need to get that tube on the truck. I might just pop over, make some measurements for what i want, cut down the tube and take it home. John still has his bender with him, right?

Destruction is always fun, I will bring some beer and watch!! When is the Party? Matt you really need to go to 37 Iroks like the rest of the Richmond group.

I think Dwight has the bender????

I need to hop on the crozet site and find out if there is a wheeling weekend coming up.

Rob, 37" roks would be just about perfect, you want to try selling my tires to that guy who was looking for the 35" radials? They have pretty good tread and have never been wheeled...... :grinpimp:.

Matt, you are aware that crozet has gone to members only and you have to wheel with a member. It sounds like you think crozet is still the way it was. If you are fully aware of what i just told you, then just ignore this post and i will look like an idiot for all to see.

37's would look awesome on your rig!!

You know, i had heard that they had the members thing now but i thought it was something you could get into for more perks but wasnt mandatory. So, who in our cadre is a member and knows whats up?

37s would make me a happy boy, the whole fender surgery thing has been on my mind for a while because i really dont want more lift other than to fit bigger tires, and ive got enough flex now for what ive run so far. SOA is a direction i want to go in but i would rather be able to run 37s SUA and throw some 40+ tires under it when i SOA it.

Tis the season for serious mods. My jeep is undergoing some serious changes, and should be ready for spring. So it is the perfect time for you to do some cutting on your rig.

I think Bubba is a member of RCPFA(crozet club). Members can bring guests up on any weekend, just have to post up when you are coming. As a non member you can wheel twice a year before you have to become a member. It is easy to become a member, just fill out the info on the site and wait for referals(you need 2) then pay your dues($100 a year), you also will need to have wheeled there at least once before. You already have two people who can vouch for you.
