Anybody know of a "techinfo" site in UK or middle east?

I've searched heaps, I am hoping the middle east or the UK have a similar site to the US techinfo site, does anybody know of one or has anybody heard of one ?

I understand that the techinfo site exists due to the fact that in the US the independent repair shop's, via their business associations, were lobbying the governement for "right to repair" legislation.

Basically, they were looking for legislation requiring auto manufacturers to make available to independent repair shops the technical information necessary to be able to diagnose and repair autos.

The auto manufactures voluntarily set up in the US the techinfo sites, and thus warded off any further government involvement in the matter.

It is perhaps for this reason that the equivalent seems scarce outside the US.

Thanks for the reply, not what I was hoping for!, it would be nice if somewhere else in the world did it with the other vehicle/engine variations.
